OWNER's MANUEL FOR TRUMPET / CORNET / FLUGELHORN
We thank you for selecting WISEMANN wind instruments WISEMANN instruments are precision made instruments and are individually tested by our skilled technicians before shipment. However, they are fragile instruments, sometimes, they can get out of adjustment in the shipping process. So you may need to get out of adjustment in the shipping process. So you may need to get your instrument adjusted by a local technician if it occurs.
You are suggested intensely to read the owner¡¯s manual carefully prior to playing. Because trumpet, cornet, flugelhorn etc are delicate instruments and can be damaged easily. If you have an instructor we recommend you see him or her to assist you with assembling, cleaning and tuning for the first time.

Assembling your instrument
The mouthpiece and mouthpiece receiver are easily damaged by improper assembly.
Gently insert the mouthpiece into mouthpiece receiver, giving it a slight turn to secure it.
Never force the mouthpiece in place. Avoid knocking or striking the mouthpiece inward. This can cause the mouthpiece to become permanently stuck. If it happens, take the horn to your local dealer or repair shop, they have a special tool to remove stuck mouthpieces. Never use pliers or other gripping tools to remove a stuck mouthpiece.

Disassembling and storing your instrument
It is important to disassemble the instrument and place it in the case for storage after playing.
Always use your case for storing the instrument after playing and for transporting. Be sure the mouthpiece and other accessories are secured,as they can scratch and dent your horn if they come loose during transportation. Do not put anything in the case that could place pressure on the instrument.
